These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and joygh5 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at the domain joygh5.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the joygh5 website, mobile interface, game lobby, sports betting functionality and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
joygh5 is an English-language platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. All displayed currency amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made for context only and do not constitute endorsement or implied support for gambling by those providers.
Important: joygh5 does not hold or claim any gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their access to and use of these Services complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan). Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account or use the Services in any capacity. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction, and that no court order or applicable statute prevents you from participating in online gambling.
It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. joygh5 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Users in Pakistan should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation. joygh5 is not in a position to provide legal advice and urges users to seek independent legal guidance where required.
You confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement with any gambling operator or gambling self-exclusion scheme. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to open a new Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting") — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device profiles — are strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal name, valid email address, date of birth and other details as required. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. joygh5 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
joygh5 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal, when a deposit or cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering. Required documents typically include a valid national identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and, where applicable, evidence of source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Deposits may be made via payment methods currently listed as active in the joygh5 cashier. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. Common references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and potentially cryptocurrency. The availability of any specific method at any given time cannot be guaranteed. These payment providers are referenced for informational context only; their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of gambling or a partnership with joygh5.
Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are denominated in PKR. Minimum thresholds are subject to change; always verify the current minimum before initiating a transaction.
All Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion applied by your payment provider is the sole responsibility of that provider and is not controlled by joygh5.
You confirm that all funds deposited are from a legitimate, lawful source and are your own funds. You must not deposit funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or other unlawful means. joygh5 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze Accounts pending investigation.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in respect of legitimate transactions processed on joygh5. Initiating a chargeback is a breach of these Terms. Any costs incurred by joygh5 in disputing an unjustified chargeback may be recovered from the Account balance or pursued by other lawful means.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) your Account is fully KYC-verified; (b) no active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete; (c) your Account is in good standing with no pending fraud investigation; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold shown in the cashier.
Funds will only be disbursed to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the Account holder. joygh5 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Processing timelines vary by payment method and operator workload. joygh5 does not guarantee specific processing windows. Where a withdrawal has remained pending beyond a reasonable period, you should contact support via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
joygh5 does not currently charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the User. Always verify current fee schedules in the cashier.
In compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations, joygh5 may require source-of-funds documentation before releasing withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will delay processing.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 35× bonus or bonus plus deposit) is specified in each promotion's terms. All wagering requirement figures in PKR are illustrative unless confirmed by the operator's live promotion page.
While any bonus is active in your Account, you must not place individual bets or wagers exceeding the maximum bet limit specified for that promotion (for example, PKR 1,000 per bet unless stated otherwise). Breaching this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings generated while the limit was exceeded.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games and certain other products may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Refer to the game-contribution table associated with each promotion for full details.
Bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion terms (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from date of activation). Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
joygh5 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, by operating multiple accounts, through collusion, by exploiting technical errors, or by using low-risk staking strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk exposure. Such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree not to:
Where joygh5 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may: (a) suspend or permanently close the Account; (b) withhold or void any balance including Real-Money Funds pending investigation; (c) report the conduct to appropriate authorities; and (d) pursue civil or criminal remedies as applicable. A determination of prohibited conduct will be based on available evidence and joygh5's reasonable assessment.
All content on joygh5.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, audio and video — is the property of joygh5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from joygh5.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. joygh5 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access and accepts no liability for periods of downtime, technical failures, delays or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joygh5's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real-Money Funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
joygh5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational harm, even where such loss was foreseeable.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or display error, joygh5 reserves the right to void all wagers affected by the error. Funds may be returned to the player at joygh5's discretion. "Pays when displayed" claims are not recognised where a technical error is confirmed.

joygh5 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; receipt of funds from unlawful sources; identity misrepresentation; or any other conduct that joygh5 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure and KYC requirements. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. joygh5 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the operator's published dormant account policy. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any re-verification steps required.
If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the Services, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat (accessible in-account) or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant evidence.
joygh5 will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and aims to resolve most issues promptly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support contact, joygh5 will escalate the matter through its internal complaints procedure and communicate the outcome in writing.
joygh5 does not commit to any specific dispute resolution timeline. All complaints must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which joygh5 is incorporated and/or licensed, as applicable. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law and that this Platform does not operate under a Pakistani government-issued gambling licence. Nothing in these Terms overrides any prohibition applicable to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 13 may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution as determined by joygh5.
joygh5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, joygh5 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via the email address on file.
Your continued use of the Services following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
